We also offer energy sessions in Craniosacral Therapy, Usui Reiki, Jin Shin Acupressure and Quantum Touch in our Missoula location.

We believe that healing is a sacred journey. We understand that there are many layers and components to our complex lives. Our thoughts, emotions, habits and belief systems all influence our physical body. We are here to help you on your journey of discovery and healing.

Our staff of professionals are Montana Licensed and well trained to meet your individual needs. We limit the amount of work our Massage Therapists do each day, so that you receive a great session every time you come in.

We Now Accept Credit and Debit Cards

We are happy to accept credit and debit cards as a form of payment at our home office. A $2.00 processing fee will be added to this form of payment.

New Bodywork Available: Massage Cupping

Last September, Sarah attended a workshop on Massage Cupping. This modality uses a variety of cups (glass or rubber) to create a suction on the body, which loosens fascia and helps to break down adhesions in the body. It feels wonderful! It can leave "marks," which are similar to a hickey on the body. Sarah is offering to add this to any massage appointment for FREE! Come try it out!

Coming in May: Indian Head Massage, Chinese Facial Massage and New TMJ Techniques

All yoga and meditation classes at the home studio require prior registration. Minimum two people for class to continue. Class size is limited.
